Description	Michael Thompson began his career in writing after working forty years in the health-care industry. Splitting his time between Arizona and Michigan with his wife, Debby, Mike always finds an opportunity to work on the next book. His ideas come from everywhere, and his interest is crafting something that thoroughly entertains the reader with each turn of the page and an occasional twist. The initial jump into this line of work was a bit daunting from the start, focusing on writing plays for community theaters, but persistence is the best quality an author can have. Mike and Debby have two sons and six grandchildren. They live in a retirement community near friends.
