The entire team of Good Transcriptions takes care of the efficient execution of orders, as well as friendly contact with our clients. The customer contact specialist ensures good communication with you, quick response to questions and orders sent. The team coordinator makes sure that your recording goes to the right transcriber and is done on time. The coordinator also takes care of the correct writing of the interview or forensic transcription, and catches any typos with her eagle eye. We try very hard to be a friendly place to work, which is why our transcribers stay with us for longer. Thanks to this, you get a transcript of the recording made by someone experienced in this field. We already have a dozen or so transcribers, thanks to which we can carry out large orders in a short time. Our company was founded by a qualitative researcher, thanks to which we know what interview transcription you need, when you need to write down every stutter, and when to smooth out the text of the focus interview transcript. The team includes law students who make sure that the transcripts of court hearings or private conversations are correctly written and comfortable to read. Our transcribers also include Polish scholars and copywriters who will slightly smooth the transcription of a video conference or a podcast and prepare a text for a blog post, for example. |
