My mission is to empower minority women from 27-75 through education about self-development, travel, motivation, disease prevention and energy healing and will tap into her knowledge as a clinician to create content, implement techniques develop interventions, manage retreats, seminars, and networking events. Tia believes in giving back to the community and making a positive impact on women’s health & wellness. She is the destination self-care traveller and has visited over 65 countries. Tia has degrees in health sciences and occupational therapy. She also resides in New York.
