Description	Being as both areas had theme parks, our 4-year old was quite pleased to ride anything that was sluggish. Remind them to bring it along when you head out, and once outside encourage them to utilize it. The quiet ones at the back might have found their feet, or might by now be the ones who disrupt specifically if they have actually had 5 years of disappointment and sluggish progress.
