Description	The Aquatic Rescue for Play Leaders program goes beyond basic water safety knowledge and provides participants with the skills to respond swiftly and effectively in critical situations. Play Leaders will be trained to assess the water environment, evaluate potential hazards, and implement appropriate safety measures to prevent accidents. They will also learn how to communicate effectively with children and adults during emergencies, ensuring clear instructions are given and followed. The training will include practical exercises to simulate real-life scenarios, allowing Play Leaders to practice their rescue techniques and decision-making skills. Participants will be taught how to use rescue equipment, such as life jackets and rescue tubes, and how to perform water rescues while ensuring their own safety.
