Description	By far the best way to prevent this is to install a water filter and softener, either where the water enters the house or at each of the water outlets. We believe ionic showerheads remove contaminants to a degree, but we’d like to see real lab test results and NSF/ANSI certifications to ensure they actually work before we recommend them as a top shower filter option for your home.
